I wish to exchange the products. What should I do? 

  1. Email us your name and order number within 14 days from receipt of delivery to anzen@gmail.com.
  2. The product must be untampered and is in resalable condition with its original packaging. 
  3. Exchanging for product of the same or higher value.

  2. Photos of the defect(s)***
  3. Short explanation of product defects.
