Qn: How do I know the right fit for me?
Ans: For all our Anti-Slip Gloves and Footwear, a Sizing chart is available on all item pages. You can also refer to it here!
Qn: Where are your products from?
Ans: Our products are 100% sourced from China.
Shipping
Qn: Do you ship Overseas?
Ans: We are only able to ship in Singapore. Check back to see if we can ship to your country.
Qn: What are the shipping costs for my items?
Ans: Shipping costs are based on weight, it will be shown on your checkout page when you place your order.
Qn: May I choose my delivery method? 
Ans: Yes! We offer both normal mail and registered mail. However, take note that we are not liable for any loss of parcels if you opt for normal mail.
Qn: How long is the shipping period?
Ans: Items delivered by Singpost Registered mail will arrive within 2 Working Days.
Items delivered by Singpost Normal mail will arrive within 3-7 Working Days.
Qn: What if I miss the delivery?
Ans: If you have missed the delivery, do not worry! You can contact us via email at anzen@gmail.com or contact the Singpost hotline at 1605. The Singpost hotline is available 24/7.
Payment
Qn: What modes of payment do you offer?
Ans: We offer all American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, PayPal and  Google Pay cards as modes of payment in our store. Once you have made the payment, an email will be sent to you.
Returns & Exchange
Qn: How do I exchange my products?
Ans: Email us at anzen@gmail.com with your order number within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Make sure that your items are untampered, send it back to us with the courier bag. We will process your exchange once we receive your items. Do take note that you will be responsible to pay the shipping fee when you return your items to us. Check our exchange policy for the terms and conditions.
Qn: My products are damaged/defected upon delivery!
Ans: If your products are damaged/have defects, we offer our sincere apologies. You can email us at anzen@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage/defects within fourteen (14) days. Place your defective items in the courier bag and send it back to us. Once we receive your items, we will email you for a resolution. We will offset your delivery fee once we confirm your item has defects. Check our return policy for the terms and conditions.

Qn: What is a Loyalty Membership?
Ans: A Loyalty Membership is a membership that you can use to get points that can be used for your next purchase. You can sign up from your accounts page or by here!
Create an Account
Qn: How do I create an Account?
Ans:  You can create an Account through the Create an Account button on our product page. Press the Register button once you enter your information. You can also Create an Account here!
Qn: Why do I need an Account?
Ans: By creating an Account, you can receive emails from us about latest deals and new arrivals and your information can be retained with an Account. Do not worry as our Accounts are encrypted, so only you are able to see them.
